7-Day Free Trial

• New users receive a 7-day free trial upon signing up
• Credit card information is required to start the trial
• You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period
• After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled
• You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
• Only one trial per user is allowed

AI Literacy (Article 4)

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the "AI Limitations" section (Section 6 below), which provides essential information about how our AI systems work, their capabilities, and their limitations. This serves as a basic AI literacy guide as required by the EU AI Act.

Transparency Requirements

• You are always informed that you are interacting with an AI system
• We clearly identify which AI model is generating each response
• AI-generated content is clearly distinguishable from human-written content

Your Responsibility for AI-Generated Content

In accordance with the EU AI Act transparency requirements, if you use AI-generated content from this Service for public-facing purposes (publications, social media, journalism, etc.), you are responsible for appropriately labeling such content as AI-generated. This is particularly important for content that may inform the public on matters of public interest.

Risk Classification

Agentyk.me is a general-purpose AI assistant and is not classified as a high-risk AI system under the EU AI Act. We do not use AI for decisions related to employment, credit, law enforcement, or other high-risk categories listed in Annex III of the regulation.

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or other malicious content

AI Limitations

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies or outdated information regardless of which model is used
• Different AI models may produce different responses for the same question
• The Service should not be used for critical decisions without human verification
• AI-generated content may not reflect the views of Sylvanity B.V.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Our Content

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Sylvanity B.V. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you input into the Service
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit

AI-Generated Output Rights

Under current Dutch and EU copyright law, AI-generated content without human creative input is generally not eligible for copyright protection. As such:

• Sylvanity B.V. claims no ownership over AI-generated outputs
• To the extent permitted by law, you are granted the right to use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms
• You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs for accuracy before any commercial use
• You must comply with EU AI Act labeling requirements when publishing AI-generated content (see Section 2)

Subscription Plans

• Agentyk.me offers monthly and annual subscription plans
• All new users receive a 7-day free trial (credit card required)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are listed on our Plans page and may vary by currency

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You must keep your payment information current and accurate
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions
• Trial cancellations before the trial ends will not result in any charges
• We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice provided through the Service. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply upon renewal.
